Had my boiler fitted today after only contacting this page last week, surveyors came out Thursday and surveyed the house they were so polite and pleasant a credit to you!! They must of disturbed some dust when surveying my old back boiler so it wasn’t working but I messaged this page and they contacted them to which I had a phone call with in a few hours saying they would come out and take a look on a Sunday we refused as it wasn’t cold and didn’t want them going out of their way on a day of rest. Yesterday then had a phone call saying because the boilers not working they will fit us in sooner to then have a phone call a few hours later saying that they would be here tomorrow to install the boiler. The fitters were fast and very clean (apart from water leaking out which has left my carpet stained) but this doesn’t bother me as couldn’t of been helped and now I have an excuse for the new carpet I’ve been wanting 😉 thank you so much to everyone involved and thank you for my new modern boiler (the wireless thermostat is amazing!!)
