What a fabulous experience I’ve had with Daniel installing my new Worcester condenser boiler and Wayne tweaking the electrics to meet the new electrical requirements. Both worked non stop and left my home spotless couldn’t recommend C&T ECO Consultants guiding me through the process of applying for a grant and choosing the correct boiler for my home. My 93-year-old grandfather's back boiler broke down, and after doing some research, I discovered he was eligible for a partially funded grant towards a new combi boiler. We were directed to C&T Eco Consultants to guide us through the application process, and they were absolutely fantastic from day one.
Everyone I spoke to, whether by phone or email, was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. In particular, Alec, Estelle, and Georgia were outstanding and always happy to answer any questions we had.
The surveys were arranged and completed very quickly and thoroughly. Euan and the second engineer (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) were brilliant. They were respectful of both my grandfather and his property, and they took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process.
Once the funding had been secured, it was only a matter of days before we were contacted to arrange the installation.
The installation team, Craig, Cody, and Rhys (or Rees, I'm unsure of the spelling), were absolutely amazing. They worked incredibly hard and professionally, especially considering my grandfather's property is very old and the job was far from straightforward. The team was polite, respectful, and always happy to chat with my grandfather, who enjoys a good conversation! They took great care around the property and were accommodating with our requests.
We asked if the front of the gas fire could remain in place as my grandfather likes it as a feature, and they were more than happy to help by disconnecting it and carefully putting it back. We also requested that they disconnect an old cooker that was no longer in use, and again, they were happy to assist.
Throughout the installation, they kept us informed about the work being carried out, and when they had finished, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves by vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and removing all rubbish from the property.
The electrician was unable to attend until the following day, which was absolutely fine. Wayne, the electrician, was just as brilliant as the rest of the team. He was friendly, polite, professional, and respectful throughout his visit.
As a family, we cannot thank C&T Eco Consultants enough for their support, guidance, assistance, and hard work from start to finish. A huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders knowing that my grandfather's home is now safe and equipped with a new combi boiler. After approximately six to seven weeks without heating or hot water, he is finally warm and comfortable again.
We would highly recommend C&T Eco Consultants to anyone considering their services. Their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail have been exceptional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how stress-free the whole process was for my grandfather. At 93 years old, that level of support, patience, and reassurance meant a great deal to both him and our family.
