3. Quotations and Contracts
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed only when both parties have signed a written agreement. All contracts are provided in plain English with clear terms.
4. Funded Installations
Grant-funded installations are subject to eligibility criteria and available funding. C&T Group does not guarantee eligibility or funding availability. All funded work is subject to the terms of the relevant scheme.
5. Warranties
Private Projects (C&T Smart Energy)
Private installations include C&T Group’s workmanship warranty as standard. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and will be confirmed in your individual quotation and handover pack. Customers also have the option to purchase an extended warranty at the time of installation for additional long-term peace of mind. Full warranty terms, including the distinction between workmanship cover and manufacturer cover, will be outlined in your individual contract.
Government-Funded Projects (ECO4 / Grant-Funded)
Warranty provisions for grant-funded installations are governed by the relevant scheme policies, including ECO4 requirements. These warranties align with the obligations set out under the funding programme and may differ from private project terms. Your installer will confirm the specific warranty coverage applicable to your funded installation.
